Welcome to Old Friends Animal Rescue and Education Center, Inc.   About Us Old Friends Animal Shelter and Education Center, Inc. is an organization comprised of like-minded animal lovers who seek to improve the welfare of animals and enrich human / animal relationships. This is accomplished by providing animals in need with a safe shelter until a forever-home can be found or providing some animals a permanent home where all their needs are met.
